Deposit into your platform account
Match the network and address, then follow the confirmation status.
Before sending
Select a supported asset and network on the deposit page and copy its address. The sending network must match. Follow the current minimum, fees and confirmation requirements. Identical-looking addresses do not make networks interchangeable.
After sending
Deposits require on-chain confirmation and platform processing; some sources may need review. Keep the transaction hash, network, amount and time. If you sent on the wrong network or are waiting unusually long, open a ticket instead of sending the same amount again.
