Wallet balance versus card funding
Your platform wallet and the available card balance are separate.
Fund a specific card
After a wallet deposit, use the card details page to fund the card. Check the principal, fee and total wallet debit. A shared card may represent funds through an available spending limit rather than a standalone card wallet.
Pending reconciliation
If the wallet was debited but funding is under reconciliation, the upstream result is still being checked. Keep the operation ID and avoid immediately funding again. Wallet debits appear in Finance; card funds and transactions appear in card details.
