Authorization, settlement and refund are different stages.
Authorization and settlement
Authorization reserves spending capacity; settlement is the later clearing step. Entries may show Authorization, Settlement, Refund or Reversal. Do not count an authorization and its matching settlement as two separate purchases.
Why updates can arrive later
The purchase time, upstream callback and local synchronization are different moments. Open the specific card to check pending or missing entries. A merchant screenshot does not mean the platform has the final funding record. Include original and settlement currencies when reporting a discrepancy.
