CDK creation, redemption and deletion refunds

Create and redeem

Issuing a CDK and redeeming it are different operations. Redemption still requires account eligibility, available funds and any funding cap set by the owner. Do not publish unused codes. Current plans, prices and brand prefixes are shown in the interface.

Status and recovery

Unused codes may retain an order from a failed attempt. Processing or paid codes cannot be redeemed again. Disabling is not deleting and refunding. Eligibility for a deletion refund is checked by the page; a completed refund should have a financial ledger entry.
