Card details, freezing and unfreezing
Understand balances, card status and controls.
Check a card
Open My cards to review status, available balance and transactions. Authorization holds, unsettled spending and delayed callbacks can temporarily affect the numbers. One wallet entry alone cannot explain all card funds.
Freezing is not deletion
A freeze is normally reversible; unfreezing depends on the operation result and subsequent synchronization. It does not automatically return the balance. Card deletion may be irreversible and does not mean every pending transaction is settled.
